Nej\u010dast\u011bji se prov\u00e1d\u00ed odb\u011br choriov\u00fdch klk\u016f nebo plodov\u00e9 vody. Jedn\u00e1 se o lehce rizikov\u00e1 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed jen v jist\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech, rozhodn\u011b ne b\u011b\u017en\u011b.
