Krok \u010d\u00edslo jedna je uv\u011bdomit si, co od pohybu o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1m. Nen\u00ed nic hor\u0161\u00edho, ne\u017e se za\u010d\u00edt d\u0159\u00edt bez vymezen\u00e9ho c\u00edle. Rychle ztr\u00e1c\u00edte motivaci a aktivita pro v\u00e1s bude peklem. Krok \u010d\u00edslo t\u0159i je z\u00e1rove\u0148 nejkrat\u0161\u00ed a nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u2013 bavte se! Proto\u017ee kdy\u017e v\u00e1s va\u0161e \u00fasil\u00ed bude bavit, v\u00fdsledky se dostav\u00ed rychleji, neztrat\u00edte motivaci a cvi\u010den\u00ed pro v\u00e1s bude zdravou drogou. Pokud se dostav\u00ed pocit, \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed tr\u00e9nink v posilovn\u011b nezvl\u00e1dnete psychicky, jd\u011bte se m\u00edsto toho prob\u011bhnout. Jestli\u017ee naopak denn\u011b b\u011bh\u00e1te, odreagujte se u boxovac\u00edho pytle.
